Diseño, desarrollo y gestión de Recursos Educativos Abiertos para estudiantes del área de la salud: experiencias y avances de un trabajo multidisciplinar y colaborativo

Open Educational Resources are the basis for an innovative and revolutionary educational model, in which knowledge production is more relevant than content reproduction, promoting multidirectional communication, collaboration and, finally, autonomy of learning. In this context, the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Austral de Chile (UACh) has been working for several years in innovative teaching in careers of the area of health, with well-succeeded initiatives. This paper describes the experience and advances in the design, development and management of Open Educational Resources for courses of the area of health in UACh.
